Terms and Conditions

You may exchange or return products within 3 days from the date of receiving the product.

Products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original condition, with the product information tag and stickers still attached.

The product must be in its original packaging and unused.


The customer will NOT bear shipping costs in cases of exchange or return under the following circumstances:

1. The customer receives a product different from the one ordered.


2. The product is damaged due to an error by the shipping company.


3. The product arrives damaged for any other reason.

 

The customer WILL bear shipping costs in cases of exchange or return under the following circumstances:

1. The customer selected a product different from the one they intended to purchase.


2. The customer no longer wants the product.

-Note: Specify the actual weight and price upon return (it may differ from the price paid).
